Bobby Ray HARRIS v. ST. PAUL FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY
SWIFT, Judge.
For the reasons this day assigned in the consolidated case of Harris, et al. v. State of Louisiana through Huey P. Long Hospital and the State Department of Hospitals, et al., 371 So.2d 1221, we affirm the decision of the trial court at appellants’ costs.
AFFIRMED.
