PER CURIAM.
This cause having heretofore been submitted to the court on petition for writ of certiorari to review the order of the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida (Case No. 76-12678) dated January 12, 1979 and the court having considered same, it is ordered by the majority of the court that said petition be and the same is hereby denied without prejudice to raise on direct appeal.
