After Remandment from the Supreme Court of Alabama BOWEN, Judge. This case is reversed and remanded on authority of the decision of the Alabama [97] Supreme Court in Ex parte Hill v. State, 381 So.2d 94 (1980). REVERSED AND REMANDED. All Judges concur.
