John Sheldon TOOMER v. Acton HILLEBRANDT
GUIDRY, Judge.
For the reasons assigned in the companion case entitled Toomer v. City of Lake Charles, 392 So.2d 794, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. Defendant is cast with all costs of this appeal.
