SHIVERS, Judge. We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion to suppress. Under the totality of the circumstances Officer Burt had probable cause to search appellant. AFFIRMED. THOMPSON, J., concurs. SHAW, J., dissents with opinion.
