Castaneda v. Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance

PER CURIAM. Substantial competent evidence supports the Final Judgment entered by the trial court. Atkins v. Keller, 400 So.2d 168 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981). The court denied insurance coverage for an automobile accident which occurred during the short period of time that the car involved in the accident was uninsured. Affirmed.
