Strickland v. Central Bank & Trust Co.

PER CURIAM. The final summary judgment for the ap-pellees is hereby reversed on the authority of Burmeister v. American Motorists Insurance Company, 403 So.2d 541 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981). We believe there was sufficient evidence in the record to create an issue of fact as to whether the appellee bank had constructive knowledge of the broken pieces of a concrete parking stop located in its parking lot upon which the appellant fell. REVERSED. DOWNEY, ANSTEAD and BERANEK, JJ., concur.
