Cuyler v. State

PER CURIAM. Appellant’s co-defendant was also convicted. He appealed, challenging the volun-tariness of his confession. We affirmed. The issues in this case are identical. See Jackson v. State, 420 So.2d 386 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982) (Case No. 82-203, opinion filed October 12, 1982.) Affirmed.
