BRADLEY, Judge.
Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama it is considered that the decision of the Circuit Court of Elmore County should be affirmed as ordered by the supreme court on September 24,1982,423 So.2d 227.
AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
