Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 424 So.2d 623, it is considered that this cause should be reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Russell County for further proceedings in accordance with the opinion of the supreme court on August 6, 1982 and November 19, 1982. REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS. WRIGHT, P.J., and HOLMES, J., concur.
