CUTRER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Wallace v. Pan American Fire & Casualty Company, 426 So.2d 224 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1982), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are to be paid one-half by Wanda Petroleum Company and one-half by Jesse Scoggins, d/b/a Star Butane Company. AFFIRMED. STOKER, J., concurs and assigns written reasons.
