Ex Parte City of Bessemer. (Re Norman L. Rhea v. City of Bessemer).
BRADLEY, Judge.
Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, 426 So.2d 838, it is considered that the decision of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County should be affirmed in accordance with the opinion rendered by the supreme court on November 5, 1982.
AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
