PER CURIAM.
Upon consideration of the briefs and oral argument of counsel, we affirm the appeal by Avis Rent-A-Car Systems, Inc. v. Dziurdzy et al., on authority of MacKenzie v. Avis Rent-A-Car System, Inc., 369 So.2d 647 (Fla. 3d DCA 1979). We also affirm the judgment appealed from on cross appeal.
