Smith v. State

PER CURIAM. We approve the trial court’s denial of defendant Smith’s motion to suppress his confession, agreeing that it was made freely and voluntarily. La Rocca v. State, 401 So.2d 866 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981); State v. Caballero, 396 So.2d 1210 (Fla. 3d DCA 1981). Accordingly, we affirm the convictions and sentences.
