Roth v. State

PER CURIAM. We affirm the trial court’s denial of the defendant’s 3.850 motion on the ground that it is insufficient to support a claim for the relief prayed for. See Ables v. State, 404 So.2d 137 (Fla. 5th DCA 1981); Clements v. State, 340 So.2d 1182 (Fla. 4th DCA 1976). Affirmed.
