Lewis GERBER v. Benita Barbara GERBER a/k/a Benita Gerber
HERSEY, Judge.
It appears that our mandate in Gerber v. Gerber, 392 So.2d 317 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980) has been followed in letter, as appropriate and possible, and in spirit. We affirm. Ca-nakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla.1980).
AFFIRMED.
