The STATE of Florida v. Jose CASO
PER CURIAM.
For the reasons and authorities cited in State v. Spencer, 432 So.2d 718, 720 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983), the order granting the defendant’s motion to suppress is reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings.
