WRIGHT, Presiding Judge. Whereas, on November 10, 1983, the Supreme Court of Alabama, 443 So.2d 40, reversed the decision of this court entered on April 15, 1983, 443 So.2d 35, in this case and remanded same for further proceedings, Therefore it is adjudged that the judgment of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, heretofore entered in this cause is affirmed in all respects. AFFIRMED. BRADLEY and HOLMES, JJ., concur.
