HOUSING AUTHORITY OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH v. Barbara BORNE

CHEHARDY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Housing Authority of St. John the Baptist Parish v. Shepherd, 447 So.2d 1232, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. All costs are to be paid by appellant. AFFIRMED.
