PER CURIAM.
Finding that venue properly lies in Dade County where the cause of action in this case accrued, § 47.011, Fla.Stat. (1983); Itel-Pas, Inc. v. Jones, 389 So.2d 1085 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980), we reverse the trial court’s order transferring venue to Lake County.
Reversed and remanded.
