YELVERTON, Judge.
For the reasons this date given in the case O’Quinn v. Haas Investment Company, Inc., 458 So.2d 612 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Appellant will pay the cost of appeal.
