BRADLEY, Judge.
Upon remand to this court by the supreme court, 460 So.2d 167, the decision of this court, 460 So.2d 162, reversing the trial court’s judgment requiring the grandparents to pay the mother an attorney’s fee in child custody dispute is reversed and the tria} court’s judgment awarding the mother an attorney’s fee is affirmed.
Appellee is awarded $350 as an attorney’s fee.
AFFIRMED ON REMAND.
