PER CURIAM. The petition for writ of certiorari is granted, see Spring v. Ronel Refining, Inc., 421 So.2d 46 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982), and the trial court’s sua sponte order setting the cause for non-jury trial is quashed. Sundale Associates, Ltd. v. Southeast Bank, N.A., 471 So.2d 100, 103-104 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985).
