GULF COAST HOME HEALTH SERVICES OF FLORIDA, INC., d/b/a/ Gulf Coast Home Health Services Southwest v. David H. PINGREE, Secretary, and Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida

ORDER Petition for writ of mandamus is granted and respondent shall issue a home health agency license to petitioner to operate its Clearwater office as a separate parent home health agency. Motion for attorney fees is denied. See section 120.60(2), Fla. Stat. (1983); World Bank v. Lewis, 425 So.2d 77 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982). WENTWORTH, WIGGINTON and NIM-MONS, JJ., concur.
