Handelsman v. Florida National Bank

PER CURIAM. Absent a special or express agreement, the lessor herein was not obligated to replace the air conditioning equipment. Fischer v. Collier, 143 So.2d 710 (Fla. 2d DCA 1962). Accordingly, we reverse and remand with direction to enter judgment for the lessor. DOWNEY, GLICKSTEIN and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
