Simmons v. State

PER CURIAM. We have reviewed appellant’s motion brought pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 wherein he challenges the legality of his sentence. We affirm on the authority of State v. Enmund, 476 So.2d 165 (Fla.1985) and Pina v. State, 479 So.2d 107 (Fla.1985). LETTS, GLICKSTEIN and DELL, JJ., concur.
