AFTER REMANDMENT
TAYLOR, Judge.
In compliance with the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Cassady, 486 So.2d 453 (Ala.1986), this case is reversed and judgment rendered in favor of the appellant Cassady.
REVERSED AND RENDERED.
