GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons set forth in the companion case of Danny Gene Hefner v. B.J. McAdams, Inc., et al., 487 So.2d 505, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to appellant. AFFIRMED.
