Joseph Ralph Stevens v. State.
CLARK, Retired Circuit Judge.
The judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this case is remanded on the authority of Ex parte Stevens, 499 So.2d 795 (Ala.1986).
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
