In re ESTATE OF Lawrence B. GOLDFARB, Mallory HORTON, as Guardian Ad Litem for the minor Lauren GOLDFARB v. Susan Lewis GOLDFARB
PER CURIAM.
We affirm the trial court’s order finding that Susan Goldfarb is the lawful widow of Lawrence Goldfarb. There is abundant evidence in the record to establish a common law marriage within the state of Colorado, see Graham v. Graham, 130 Colo. 225, 274 P.2d 605 (1954) (en banc), which Florida will recognize.
Affirmed.
