STATE of Florida v. George FIORELLI
PER CURIAM.
We reverse the order dismissing the information on the authority of State ex rel. Bludworth v. Kapner, 394 So.2d 541 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981), and remand for further proceedings.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
