DOUCET, Judge.
For the reasons assigned in Louise E. Mansour v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and Warren Randall, 510 So.2d 1305 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1987), and pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, the judgment of the trial court is reversed in part, amended in part and recast as set forth in said opinion.
