The Circuit Court of Covington County denied Glennie Davis's petition for writ of error coram nobis. Issues have been raised by petitioner which ordinarily require a hearing. The State of Alabama concedes, declining to file a brief, and states: "Appellee feels, based on recent case law, that this Honorable Court will order a hearing in said cause. Hall v. State, [Ms. 3 Div. 506, August 12, 1986] 495 So.2d 717 (Ala.Cr.App. 1986)."
Accordingly, this cause is remanded to the circuit court with directions to conduct a hearing on this petition.
REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
