PER CURIAM. We affirm. Although the order appealed erroneously states that the State’s motion to dismiss was granted, this error was not an issue in the appeal. Both parties addressed the issue of the denial of the defendant’s motion to dismiss and we affirm the trial court’s denial of the defendant’s motion to dismiss. [476] GUNTHER, J., concurs.
