AFTER REMANDMENT TAYLOR, Judge. In compliance with the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Kennedy, 518 So.2d 674 (Ala.1986), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for an evidentiary hearing. REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS. All the Judges concur.
