Riccio v. Gold Coast Capital Corp.

PER CURIAM. The record supports the trial court’s determination that the parties intended the Gold Coast Capital Corporation mortgage be superior to the Riccio purchase money second mortgage. We therefore affirm the Final Judgment. See Liza Danielle, Inc. v. Jamko, Inc., 408 So.2d 735 (Fla. 3d DCA 1982); see also Tippett v. Frank, 238 So.2d 671 (Fla. 3d DCA 1970). Affirmed.
