YELVERTON, Judge.
For the reasons stated in the consolidated case of John Glynn Bordelon, et al. v. Robert J. Kopicki, et al., 524 So.2d 858 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1987) the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
