PER CURIAM. We affirm. The required payment of the second mortgage should be affirmed as either equitable distribution or alimony. We remand to the trial court for clarification as to which of the above classifications was intended. See Zediker v. Zediker, 398 So.2d 915 (Fla. 1st DCA 1981). JOANOS, WIGGINTON and NIMMONS, JJ., concur.
