Travelers Indemnity Co. v. Drago

PER CURIAM. We AFFIRM the decision of the trial court. In affirming we extend the rationale of Underwriters Insurance Company v. Kirkland, 490 So.2d 149 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986), to include fire insurance on vessels. SMITH, C.J., and ZEHMER and BARFIELD, JJ., concur.
