Nancy ALMEROTH, etc. v. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES INSURANCE COMPANY
PER CURIAM.
We reverse the trial court’s final order dismissing the complaint with prejudice. See Gilbert v. Oil Conservationists, Inc., 460 So.2d 1027 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984).
