Pettiway v. State

AFTER REMANDMENT BOWEN, Judge. Pursuant to the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Pettiway, 539 So.2d 372 (Ala.1988), the judgment of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County is hereby reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings. REVERSED AND REMANDED. All Judges concur.
