PER CURIAM. We affirm the appellant’s conviction and sentence on the authority of State v. Avery, 531 So.2d 182 (Fla. 4th DCA 1988), and certify to the supreme court the same question of great public importance which we certified in State v. Avery. AFFIRMED. ANSTEAD, GUNTHER and WARNER, JJ., concur.
