Green v. State

WIGGINTON, Judge. We affirm the trial court's order denying Green’s motion for post-conviction relief. As for the allegation that the court illegally retained jurisdiction over Green’s sentence without stating the reasons for doing so with individual particularity, that is an issue that could or should have been raised on direct appeal. Styles v. State, 465 So.2d 1369 (Fla. 2d DCA 1985). BOOTH and BARFIELD, JJ., concur.
