CONTINENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY v. STATE of Louisiana
YELVERTON, Judge.
For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Risk v. State of Louisiana, 549 So.2d 1272 (La.App. 3d Cir.1989) the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
AFFIRMED.
