ON REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
McMILLAN, Judge.
Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Hanks, 562 So.2d 540 (Ala.1989), this cause is reversed and remanded to the trial court.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
