McCrow v. Department of Health & Rehabilitative Services

PER CURIAM. Upon the Department’s proper confession of error, we reverse the adjudication of dependency and remand the cause for a new adjudicatory hearing. Jaggers v. State, 536 So.2d 321 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988); I.T. v. Department of Health & Rehabilitative Servs., 532 So.2d 1085 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988); State v. R.R., 476 So.2d 218 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985), aff'd, 502 So.2d 1244 (Fla.1987); § 90.702, Fla.Stat. (1989). Reversed and remanded.
