YELVERTON, Judge. The appeal in this case is moot because of our decision in the consolidated case of Armand v. McCall Enterprises, Inc., 578 So.2d 260 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1991). Costs of this appeal will be borne by plaintiffs-appellants. APPEAL DISMISSED.
