Charlie F. CHANCELLOR v. PINSON VALLEY MILLWORK & SUPPLY COMPANY, INC.
ALMON, Justice.
After thoroughly reviewing the record and the arguments of the parties, we hold that the trial court’s judgment is due to be affirmed on the authority of Bowman v. SouthTrust Bank of Mobile, 551 So.2d 984 (Ala.1989).
AFFIRMED.
