ON REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT TYSON, Judge. This cause is hereby reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Morgan County with instructions to enter judgment in accordance with the opinion of the Supreme Court of Alabama, Ex parte L.R. v. State, 586 So.2d 174 (Ala.1991). REVERSED AND REMANDED. All the Judges concur.
