PER CURIAM. We reverse on the point petitioner raised in issue one, pursuant to Krakow v. Department of Professional Regulation, Board of Chiropractic, 586 So.2d 1271 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991), in which this court stated that a license applicant must be notified within 90 days under Section 120.-60(2), Florida Statutes (1989); We do not reach issues two and three. ERVIN, SHIVERS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
